strange lump

was brushing out Willow yesterday and noticed a strange lump. wish I could send pictures but I'm not that technical yet!!

it is on her back leg, way up on what i would call her inner thigh. firm to touch, not hot, dosen't seem to bother her in the least, but whats really wierd is that it is a perfect circle!!!! about 3 inches in diamater! raised about 1/2 inch???

anyone have a clue??? she isnt limping, favoring it or anything.....i thought bug bite but would it be firm and a perfect circle??
