Perennial tulip? From Brecks?

Is there really a perennial tulip? Breck's had a really good deal on them but I don't know whether to believe them or not. Help!!!

Darwin Hybrids, Triumphs and species tulips are perennial. If you don't want a generic mix, just look for those varieties in whatever colors you want.

as hart says if it is a perennial tulip it is probably one of the above varieties.
secret for 'perennial' tulip is having dry hot baking summer after they bloom or some people dig them up and store until fall. excessive summer moisture is what they do not like. so try and plant in a place where you are not going to water in the summer.
