So what did you think!!! Mom says I did well.

Now that was cool. Even educational. I don't feel so bad that my first and only so far little guy to eclose laid on his side half the time. I was afraid something was wrong with him. This site is helping me so much. And great pictures. What an adorable way to show the steps from eclosure to freedom. Thanks so much for all of that hard work.

There are many beautiful butterflies but when a Monarch ecloses it's just majestic. It's colors are just breathtaking, which is why I became addicted to them!

Thanks everyone. Last week while I was gone for three days, two hatched on consecutive days and dh noticed them flying around in the cage and released them for me. This was the first one I was able to capture on camera. Never thought of the camera when I hatched one about a month ago.
