hi they are commercial seeds and yes the leaves are variegated on this one

moretz - the mg tree grows 10 feet and blooms all summer. they need a fence or trellis, and propagate easy from cuttings. they are also perennial

The Miyazaki and latifolia are in a the mixed toads...sorry I have no seperates. Only a few of my taods bloomed this year.

no, but i know you nick the seeds and soak them 12-24 hours in warm water befor planting them. you could try OnaleeSeeds.com for more info. thats where i originally got my first seeds.

moretz, got your seeds and thank you. i would start the mg seeds inside sometime in feb. and transplant them out side when it gets warm. after that they will just come every year. good luck
