Overwintering Begonia's

Milton, VT(Zone 4a)

Who got the "sure-fire" way of storing begonia tubers over the winter in VT?

San Antonio, TX

C'mon somebody, I only have one begonia because I dont know the best way to over winter these either

Northern California, CA(Zone 9a)

You can go to the sticky link (the first thread in this forum) and scroll down to "Growing Tuberous Begonias"
click on any of those links and see if you find the info you want.

Here in Cali, we can just turn our pots over on their side until the foliage/potting media dry up and then store them like this in a cool dry place until they sprout again in the spring.

Deep East Texas, TX(Zone 8a)

In Mn, my DM let them dry out and put in the fruit cellar in the basement. Cool dry storage for the winter.
