Had to buy for a new stove and I went all over the last place was Lowe's Never been there
WOW I went crazy besides the stove it was plants and all were on sale I just got this EverFloris Violet For $2.49. No flower on so I have no idea what color it will be but that is what waitting is for. Ok my question is this the same as all AV can it been grown the same and can you do the leaves the same way. Here are so picture

The Everfloris series is a nice one.....................I think they are all by Optimara.............with pretty blooms and foliage.................The first thing i would do is change out the soil...........do you have mix that you use............1/2 perlite and 1/2 african violet soil-less mix can be bought at any Walmart or lowes..........I keep it mixed in a big container ready to go...........
Yes, you can root some leaves in 1/2 perlite and 1/2 vemiculite.............how much fun...........
go for it!!!! You may choose to let it bloom first before you takr leaves off...............

Hi Melissa: Gail is correct, the Everfloris series id Optimara. Click on this link and scroll down ... the first one is a pic of the Optimara Ever series. Really pretty plants so I bet you can't wait to get blooms on yours so you will be able to tell which one it is. This past spring I ordered Ever Grace from Bluebird Greenhouse and it didn't do well. Luckily I had taken a couple of leaves before the mom plant totally died ... so I have a baby of ever grace that I'm hoping will grow and thrive. I have no idea why the original plant died.

hee hee, my sisters and I used to always roll our eyes when Dad would call us by the wrong name ... now I'm getting old and understand! We have 4 cats (5 until a couple of months ago) and I will be talking to one of them and stand there going through each name before I get the right one with the right cat!

It was raining yesterday so I put another pair of shoes in for nursery shopping............when I got into Lowes, I looked down and had one red Croc on and a brown leather sandal.........forgot I had two feet (now you can laugh,Kim)................my friend was so embarrassed she wanted me to go back to the car and change my shoe..................no way.........too far!!!!!!!!!
