Sunday afternoon game to play with pictures and names

I haven't ordered anything in so long............here is a new order from Rob's Violet Barn...........always wonderfully grown. I also found a plant at Lowe's today.........last one or i would have bought more.

I am going to make the list of the names of new plants.................
You see how many you can guess by putting the right names with the right plant............Bingo is just having too much fun this month with games.........they may have started something new on the Av forum.

First I will post all the pictures. Then, on the last post I will make a list of all the names.........match 'em up, ladies

WildRose..........they had a sale when I ordered these..............Rain said last night that they don't have the plants anymore...........I don't know...............but I trust Rain is right.........

Well... I did have a couple of the petrocosmea on my list, that you show here... but otherwise, not the same plants. I meant... do you like Rob's... do you recommend him as a seller... to order from? I'll hate it if he doesn't have the pets though...

Personally, I love my plants from Robs.....................they are always healthy...........that is the most important factor to me............it is very difficult to make a pretty plant out of an unhealthy plant no matter how hard you try...........I have never been disappointed..........He normally grows the pets............but , like any other good grower like Lyndon Lyons, they are often out of all of what we order..............this time I got every single plant i did order...........

Karen, I always keep an eye on Rob's special offers page. That's where several of the ones Gail got were listed. I told her about them so it's my fault! LOL And I'm supposed to be reminding her to save her money for November! ;o)

Anyway, the two Nautilocalyx are still on the specials page, but the rest that were there are gone and have been replaced by new (!) things. Some of her order came from the regular pages.

Gail, do you like Rob's soil? I ask because I've never ordered from him, but I've received two plants from other DG'ers that were still in his soil, and almost lost them because I didn't repot right away. They were perfectly healthy-looking when I got them, but soon looked terrible. Once repotted into my own mix, they perked up and are doing fine. :o) Just wanted your opinion.

I only leave them in his soil several days..........to settle in after shipping and then i change it out like I do everything else.........he has that real fine vermiculite which makes the soil mushy and kills the plants.............
