I'm trying to identify all the different Hibs I have, and this one has me baffeled. I've looked through pics till my eyes have crossed, but I can't find it. This pic is pretty close...it is a rose pink - very deep color - more so than the picture shows....any ideas?
Could possibly be Candy Cane?
Hibiscus...possible, but I don't think so...the pink is more of a rose, darker than your lovlies...my picture was taken at the end of the day, so the bloom is a little frazzled...but thanks for replying!
The only other one anywhere close is Painted Lady and don't think it's that. Maybe it's a hybrid from seed? Whatever, it is a beauty! Don't know why top is cut off of my pic? When you click on hibiscus pic, it enlarges all of it???

The thumbnails are only 2.5 x 2.5 If your pic isn't square, it will appear cut off. Not to worry though - that is a beautiful flower!!! I agree it isn't mine, but sure would love to get one! Are the leaves really that dark? And Painted Lady is more a true pink....mine is again, more rose pink....guess I better take another picture and try to get the color truer. Although we are so tiny, and there are so many hibs on the island that some kind of natural cross would not be suprising.
I love hibiscus and all are so pretty. Hard to decide what is better than another.
I don't think that is possible. :-) Just naming them is hard enough, choosing between for better or best - impossible!
