Ebay, or trades with internet friends.
... ditto... what TeresaInCAL said.
eBay if you know the seller. There is total rubbish out there too.
I just got a beautiful brug from this lady at eBay - http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZdancingwithnature
I got a Pink Insignia, about 12" tall, 3/4" thick wood, healthy & shipped well. She doesn't have much of an inventory, but I'd buy from her again.
I got many of mine from Seedsprout, on eBay and her website. I've also purchased from members that have only sold occasionally on eBay. Never had a bad experience.
I personally know both Brenda at www.seedsprout.com and J. T. Sessions at www.countrygdn.com and they're both great people -- honest, helpful and fairly priced. I wouldn't buy from anyone these days on ebay unless I knew them .... too much fraud and misrepresentation. They're both in the FL Panhandle and I visited Brenda's place and met JT at a couple of roundups.
Also, come fall and lots of DGers will be open for trades with fellow DGers.

Yup, I've bought from both JT, and Brenda, no complaints here...
You can't go wrong with either of these growers. They send nice healthy plants.
Yes those are two great growers One thing to remember about ebay is you get what you pay for, there are some sellers that slap a name on any old brug and sell it. They may or may not trial it with other growers to see how it does across the country. Sometimes they themselves have not seen a bloom and will "borrow" a photo off the internet. Buyer beware - Seller be fair!!!
Seed sprout and country garden both have great brugs. The last order I got from seedsprout, One brug was 3 feet tall and another was 28 inches ! Great root systems too. These are both companies I feel safe recommending.
Ditto on Bdunn they are fantastic sellers and hybridizers.
START reading the round-up forum . Also check the area for quarantines - here it's the LBAM [ light brown apple moth ] .
In your area it's a bug from Fl that attacks citrus - don't have name handy - but I would spray and bag any cuttings you get . [ spray with dish soap and flush dirt / soil / potting mix with H202
i think im goign to try seedsprout. I dont even think I remember paypal password its been so long lol, but thankyou so much for all the help
