I came home with a dozen turkey eggs from the farmers' market yesterday. The lady who sold them to me said they were better poached because their whites are fragile. I can do that, but does anyone on this forum every fry a turkey egg? That's the way I usually eat my chicken eggs.
The internet was useless. All a google search revealed is that turkey eggs are larger than regular eggs and that they are not sold because turkey growers prefer to use them to increase their turkey flocks. Guess our local farmers didn't read that article.
Any one know how to fry a turkey egg?
