NEED HELP Retrieving Email from SBCGlobal.net

I recently signed up for an ATT-SBCGlobal bundle package at home (DISH, wireless DSL and Att phone service). I am thoroughly confused about my email setup and where I am, half the time, when I'm online. I got an account and log on to emails via:

MemberID@SBCGLOBAL.net
Password: xxxxxxxx

Then there's the YAHOO stuff floating all over the screen, and Instant Messenger, and just junk!

Now, I'm away from home and need to access my Sbcglobal.net emails. How do I get in from another location?
