I've had to start using chelated iron and epsom salts on some sib. iris. They have been turning yellow. Think it may be too much water. Anybody else had this prob.?

No, not here yet, Ginny. When do yours generally start to decline for the season? Does the chelated iron work? I bought some Schultz liquid green with iron for my phlox last year but I didn't get around to using it because it turned out to be spider mites.

Decline has started with the cooler weather. The sibs have started falling over and looking untidy. Could be the gosty 100K+ winds we had a couple of weeks ago. I'm going to leave them alone till they really look messed up though.
The spurias are fine, except the seed pods are getting so heavy they are falling over.
