Is this P. 'Blue Bouquet'?

This passiflora just bloomed for the first time. I grew it from some cuttings I got from a friend. The tag says P. x belotii but when I looked it up in my book I could see that wasn't it. I wondered if it might be P. 'Blue Bouquet'?
