walker created an album just for the caribbean plumeria. check out http://nwmangum.com/FrangipaniInTheWild/index.html to see them in the wild. the photos date back to 2003. however, there are some that we haven't seen before that paints a better picture of the growing conditions.
who wouldn't want one of these growing in there yard!

that is just cool looking.. If I saw it in the wild, I wouldn't have thought of it as a plumeria.. Would have thought it had similar flowers though.

The caterpillar is a Tetrio Sphinx moth, whose host plant is frangipani.
