Does anybody know anything about this company? a phone number? or something, I placed an order with this web site over 4 weeks ago, and have given them my credit card info and all, I have't received an order, and I've emailed them several times, with no reply, I get this automated reply that they will reply in a couple days, but nothing yet, and their web site states delivery time takes 7 to l4 days but it's been a month.
They have no phonenumber on the web site either so I cancall them.
I would gladly cancel my order, but they aren't answering their emails so I don't know if they are even getting the emails. I haven't been charged onmy credit card yet though.

no I didn't check the watch dog, no they didn't list in daves classified, I just thought someone might know about the website and have ordered from them before.

I believe CFF is essentially out of business. I ordered several plants in May, and never received them. Nor did they ever answer my e-mails or return my initial phone call. I disputed the charge on my credit card when the bill arrived, and never paid the amount. Sometime in mid-June, I received a phone message from David Mattocks' wife saying she had been in the hospital, that David had taken a full time job to pay the medical bills (if you look at the website you will also see all of the medical problems they had with their son), and offered to send the plants to me at no cost. I did not take them up on their offer. However, I don't understand why they haven't "shut down" the CFF website.
If you dispute the charge on your credit card, I am sure CFF will not challenge it.
I haven't been charged anything on my credit card yet. I've been watching the card bill and it hasn't shown up yet, so I figured it wouldn't . But was rather worried because I did give them my credit info.
holy cow, that's some bad feedback they have. I'm going to call my credit card company and make sure there isn't any charges from this company put on my card.

Definitely DO NOT order from this company. I too bought a couple plants from them for my collection. I never received them though. Thankfully I paid them with PayPal and was able to re-cover my money. I couldn't imagine running a business like they do. I sent them at least 4 or 5 emails before I filed the dispute with PayPal. They never responded to one of them.
I hope you don't get charged and if you did, you get your money back.
I honestly can't remember if check out was through paypal or my credit card, But I know I wasn't charged yet, and my credit card said I wouldn't be charged for fraudulent fees, they would investigate first and then they would refund.
so all's good here LOL
