Great pics, guys! Cat, that Liz is something special, I can see why you like her so much! Also, the more times I see Montserrat the more I like it - cool ruffly flower.

Robert, your Rum Runner is gorgeous with all those blooms! I really like Silver Memories too - the flower on this one always intrigues me.

Our weather is so awful here I've only got a few today. First up is Soft Spot, which has two blooms just like this one.

I've got two lovely blooms on Creme de Cacao - I really like the pink contrast with the brown on this cultivar.

Very nice Karen. I want your Cinnamon Girl ;-) Is this one fron HVH? and Cat I wish my Voodoo Magic would produce flowers it's so HOT here she keeps dropping buds. I am really suprised anything is blooming here!!!

Hey Robert - do you have any advice on special care for my Rum Runners? They're doing great, just not growing as fast as some of the others.

San Bernardino, CA(Zone 8b)

Yes, Cinnamon Girl is an HVH - it's my #1 bloomer overall - this plant has had blooms I think every day for weeks. The color tends to fade a bit by the end of the first day, but blooms usually last two. Probably not today with this super gross weather though - like you said, same here in San Bernardino, I've had quite a lot of bud drop too, and my flowers are just afraid to open up I think. The Color Purple has a new bloom today, but it's extremely cupped still, and I don't think it's going to change today. I've got a few plants I'm waiting on their first flowers to open up (Moonshadow, Pele's Fountain and Magic Moments), but with the weather supposed to be even worse for the next few days, I hope they actually open and not drop...

You've posted ANOTHER gorgeous Night Runner!! Your Hoochie Coochie pic is super cool too. Is there purple around the edges as well as in the eye?

Nederland, TX(Zone 9a)

Hey Amanda,

Feed them weekly is the only thing I can say. Mine are in sun from about 8am until 3pm and the only one thats not dropping buds. It keeps pushing them out. I also fertilize 1 parts to 100 mid week. There are conversion charts online that can help you mix, It is well worth the extra attention. Over the weekend my rumrunner had 11 blooms saturday morning. I missed the complete opening act :-( Oh well She is out doing herself now!!! If I can think of anything else I will let you know.
