Okay, I have enough Pindo Palm fruits to make jelly, my FIRST jelly making experience. Hubby brought home Less Sugar Needed Sure Jell (I had just asked him to pick up Sure Jell, didn't know there was more than one kind) which I thought was great, because I really hate using the 7 1/2 cups of sugar the recipe calls for!!! But I can't figure out now how much less sugar I can get away with using, and everything I'm reading about jelly making sounds like if you deviate from recipes you can end up with a disastrous end product. I really don't want to waste these pindo fruits! PLEASE HELP!!!! Of course, Sure Jell doesn't have any pindo palm jelly recipes on their web site......
