While in Pennsylvania on vacation, we ate at a great place in Boiling Springs - Boiling Springs Tavern. They had a to-die-for pecan crusted chicken breast. It was described in their menu as "pan fried boneless breast with basil dijonnaise sauce." Anyone have a similar recipe? I'd be interested in any other great recipes for boneless skinless chicken breasts too. Thanks.
