Sometimes it isn't just about the flowers...

...for me, at least. I ordered this h. lambii from David Liddle last go around - and it has just sat there with one leaf. But, patience has paid out (yea, right, I'm a patient person...), and now there's a new leaf, with leaves beginning to show at every node. Yea! This was at least as good as finding flowers!

Karen, is that the IML 1800? Large leaf lambii? I got that too, but mine isn't doing anything yet.......I kept rotting the stem, but think I am ok now, only about an inch left of rootable stem, and the leaf is as wrinkled as old leather, but still firm.

Now I will have to call you "lambii" too, not just dmichael - not fair...........sigh. Everyone elses is soooooo much better. Sniff, sniff, sniff. :)

Sara - it is IML 1800. I had ordered both IML's he had, but this was the only one that survived the rooting process!
