mystery moth?

Anyone know who this is resting on my epi?

It's a White-tipped Black Moth (melanchroia chephise). We get those down in south Texas too. I always have to take a double-take when I see one of these around the flowers...always hoping it will be some exotic stray butterfly :o)

So true Cat, I was photographing a Male Queen today and one of these White Tipped Black Moths was right behind it. At first I thought it was some kind of hairstreak from the angle.. Then realized what it was, lol!
