I've purchased 7 seeds and 1 live plant from ballensteele on ebay .... the seeds are looking like weeds and the plant looks like this (see photo attached). I've read different information on this plant and it's not in the PlantFiles so can anyone out there help me?
They say the correct name is Ensete Superbum ...

Basically, I want to know anything you know about this plant.
It is an ensete-relative of the bananas. I don't think they pup until the main stem has died-which it does after it blooms. They love full sun, water and fert. They do not produce fruit (at least edible, that I know of)
You could google it and probably find out more than what I am telling you-like if it is hardy in your zone (I think it may be-borderline perhaps)
