Mesilla Park, NM

CLOSED

If anyone wants some of these for SASE, they are drying as we speak...

Send your SASE to me on the Address Exchange.. Can send 10 SASE's out for these three open pollinated.

Hollybrook Lushcious Melon
Moon & Stars Watermelon (great taste, not real big)
Cantoulope (don't remember the name) but really sweet

Please give your self a number and post on this thread, when there is 10 of you... Please stop.

I'll Post more when I get them.. If you don't want to do SASE, we can trade for something.. sometimes it is not cost effective for SASE, but these melons are really good.

Can only check in here once a day for awhile, I have company.

EDITED TO SAY: if you SASE, send only an evelope with loose stamps and I will supply one of the used (100 bubble envelopes that I have lying around)

I would also love some.

(Cathy), MO

Disregard dmail. I found it and envelope going out today. Thanks!

Mesilla Park, NM

To reuse the bubble envelopes, I remove all postage stamps, address labels off of it and all the tape... then use new labels and new tape and I'll use your two postage stamps.

Am I to late? My teenage son likes to grow pumpkins ect. I have been wanting to try Moon and Stars.

No, you are not too late, still have lots of Moon & Stars, just dried some more, just give yourself a number..

But, I found out it costs (3) stamps to mail out a bubble Envelope, so please send three stamps.. or 1.07..

I sent out Moretz yesterday morning...

Received DEMinPA yesterday and will mail out this afternoon.

Hi Wineau.... yes a plain envy and I'll supply the bubble envelope (used).. Hope all is well there in AZ..

Okay...it's in the mail today.

We have had a ton of rain this monsoon season and everything is so green. It's simply gorgeous! The down side of that is sooooo many bugs! I'm not complaining but the no-seeums are especially wicked this year...kinda making me paranoid...LOL

Hope all is well and thanks in advance for the seeds.

I need to buy extra stamps, but I will get them to you.
Thanks, Gourd

just want to let you all know the seeds all went out today.

THANK you cathy for the extra stamps, I used them on Icosden's envy... normally if the seeds are bulky, you need to send them in a bubble envelope so that the po doesn't crush the seeds..

Icosden, I think you need to know why it is important to send the stamp(as) loose, not glued to the plain envelope.. It would be a shame to have them all crushed, that is why I use the bubble envelope and need the stamps you send to put on there.

Hope they all grow for you and enjoy.

Sorry, I'm still rather new at this. I didn't realized that you wanted us to send SASBE.. I saw the SASE and thought that was okay.. I didn't know about the loose postage either.. Sorry.. I'll remember that for next time.. Thanks for the info..

Mesilla Park, NM

All is well, didn't mean it in a bad way or anything, just wanted you to know.. Take care. I did edit the post yes on the 6th to reflect the info and edited again on the 19th to close it. Just try to read the instructions before you mail out. Sometimes I rush to mail out and assume they are all the same instructions and come to find out they are not.

Also, some people do mail out in regular envelopes but I will not. I've received too may crushed seeds.

Pawling, NY(Zone 5b)

Yeah... I didn't re-check the info before I mailed out.. Guess I just assumed everything was still the same.. I will check again next time..

Guess I'm still new.. Maybe that's why I haven't got any crushed seeds yet.. I've gotten stuff in both bubble and non-bubble. Didn't seem to make that much of a difference on my end.. Do you suggest that I asked then if they say SASE? I don't want to make the same mistake again..

Mesilla Park, NM

I think they will let you know what to send in the post you are responding to, or you can ask them. I just can't see sending bulk seeds that way.

Pawling, NY(Zone 5b)

Okay... I was just wondering.. Thanks..

Another posting said absolutely no BE, that if you send bubble envelopes, they would be return empty.. LOL.. Guess it seems everyone got their own ways..

Thank you again for the seeds and info.
