Blooms for 08-05-07

I walked outside today and saw more blooms. I'm in ecstasy.

I would be in ecstasy too! You lucky duck.

It's already the 6th, but what the heck. A Carolina Breeze cheered my Carolina morning.

And no flowers but check out the foliage on this one. I think it is a H. mahoe. (sp?)

or maybe H. tillaceus?

Great pictures, ardesia. I love the Carolina Breeze color. That is a great foliage picture too.

Michael, thanks yes, that is the normal leaf pattern. The leaves start out red than change to mahogany and eventually green and white. I have noticed the red is redder when the temp is higher. The larger leaves are about 7" across. I LOVE this plant. It is supposed to bloom but I have never seen a flower.

Beautiful blooms by everyone. It's been Crazy here so I have not been able to post. My rum runner looks like I may have another 4 to 5 opening tomorrow. I just love it. Hopefully I have the time to take PICS.

I've been offline for a couple of days, and look at all the beautiful blooms I've missed!!
