I have all my adeniums together and I call this Adenium Row. I am sure I do not have nearly as many as some, but I do have quite a few, including Miss Japan which I have been coveting for quite a while and Buried-Treasure finally got some in.
Adenium Row
those are pretty. Do you have to prune those to make them look like that? I don't know much about them.....I like your bird bath/water feature. looks like water is running all the time into that pot. did you drill a hole under the pebbles and have a pump in the pot going up to the dish above to make it do that? That is nice. You have a good drill bit to if so! Thanks for the pic!
Nope , they just grow that way. What is so wonderful about adeniums is that each caudiform or root is unique. As they get bigger and older they twist this way and that. Easy to grow and care for. I love em.
I bought the water feature that way, but yes, there is a hole under the pebbles and a pump in the pot.
Lisa, is the wicked tall one an adenium also? Ra Ja Nee is dreamy. and Blossom Jade. Oh heck, ALL OF THEM!
Naw, the really really tall one is a silk floss tree. See the thorns? I grow it for the unique trunk. Will never see blooms because of when it normally blooms. I put it in a pot so I can move it into the garage in the winter. Otherwise, the cold kills it back. But somehow, it just seems to fit in with the adeniums.
Beautiful rylaff-I have 3 now, not even sure how that happened, but one of them is blooming now and they are so pretty-even when they are not, I really think the shapes are intriguing. I noticed that your containers are larger than I thought they were supposed to be-that you were supposed to keep them in supersmall containers-not sure why. I would love to move mine up to a bit bigger size-does it matter if they aren't rootbound if you move them up?
