Each year, we purchase Mandevilla at work, in either 3# or 5# pots. I'd like to add a white one to the mix, but all I can find are 4" pots, online. I know how fast the large ones grow, in the size plant we get, but...
How long would it take a 4" potted Mandevilla to get to a "useable" size? If I purchased them this fall, and kept them in a heated greenhouse all winter, would they be nearly the size of the ones we purchase in late spring? Or , would a 4" be a couple years from being ready?
