I grew these plants from seeds out of Brazil. Many of them were suppose to be speciosum and other very unusual species. I think that most were forms of bipinnatifidum (selloum). Most looked similar to the common selloum but most also looked very different. I am not sure if these are hybrids or just odd forms of selloum but their seems to be some pretty unsual forms out of all the ones I have grown.
Seed grown Self-heading philodendrons
Those are really neet.
Shopping at the seed store in Brazil again, eh? Very interesting Brian. How long have you been growing them out? I like the deeply segmented ones best, okay, I like them all. Are those in the house with the wall? I have a couple split leaved I keep at work.... regular commercial kind. I need to pick a date to come back down there and see. Want the weather to be cooler so I can spend the whole day... Like I need a whole day to choose a car load of plants...lol I could hold the water hose while I wander about. That 3rd pic reminds me of an oak leaf, I like that one too, hmmm...... Need to get off the puter and get busy. Thanks for posting the pics, very cool!
As much as I know about flowers, the name Aroids is new to me. I love all your plants.
I like the 4th and 5th ones best. Cool looking!
