blooms for 8/02

these were taken right before a storm hit, and I do mean RIGHT BEFORE the storm hit. I had to put the camera in my pocket to get it in the house. So some will be foggy. First up Mystic Pink (or Mystic Morning?)

Oh my goodness how gorgeous! I'd love to trade for some hibiscus cuttings some time if you would like. I wonder if there will be a fall swap?

Looking great today, Anne. I just love that Mystic Pink, and your "foggy" pictures are actually pretty cool - almost looks like a softening filter effect :-)

Red Celia or Red Hot, Red Hot I think

I kept wiping the lens but it just continued to fog right back up. Pre storm mugginess. A noid red single here. I would have thought that this was Red Celia.

And last but not least a fuzzy Peach double. I'll try to get out later and take a better pic, but with the rain storm we just got I doubt that it will look that great.

I've got a few today, but none that haven't been posted previously...

Here's another Voodoo Queen, this one just blooms everyday - and Amanda, I purchased this last fall as a small 4", it's grown now into a really nice size plant.

Here's the prettiest bloom I've seen yet from Climax. I haven't posted this for quite a long time, so it might be kinda new to some...

Molten Lava's bloom is small, but very intense!

Voodoo Magic has a new bloom that decided to open all the way early today - maybe she was anxious to have her picture taken?

A new Electric Blue bloom is peeking out from the foliage...

Cinnamon Girl is sporting a small new bloom today.

Soft spot is a welcome rest from the rest of today's gaudiness ;-)

2 more opened, but I was in the middle of transplanting the smaller plants from ground to pots. They are now on my patio.

Tomorrow, all th larger hibs will be transplanted into giant pots, still outside along the fence, but over the dirt instead of under the mud slush.
