Printing a greeting card

I don't know if there is a way to do this, but I've made birthday cards with watercolor paintings on the front, full page, folded in half and I want to add a message inside. Which program do I use? Where do I start? I have Publisher, Front Page, Word and Acrobat.
If I need to post a picture, I can do that tomorrow.
