Nice pictures! It has been suggested that the plant in your images are Delonix regia http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/2755/
Caesalpinia pulcherrima grows typically to 4-8' whereas Delonix regia grows to 20-30'. If you wish your images moved to that Plant File entry, just respond in this thread.
