I sprained/hurt my knee...any tips on how to make it happy again?

no more bending ....no more carrying heavy stuff....i keep a brace on mine and that really helps...have you been to the doctor?

No I was kinda waiting to see if would get better. I'm going today.
I've been wearing a knee brace when I am on my feet alot
Just was wondering if their was any tips other than keeping it up, ice and taking anti-inflammatorys.

If you fell off your Croc's, stop wearing them. Other wise, keep up what you are doing.
(my doctor said no croc's, MANY knee and ankle injuries)

I finally remembered what the doc told me:

R - rest
I - ice
C - compression
E - elevation
