I want a recipe for making canned picante Sauce or Salsa

My brother has lots of hot peppers and is looking for a recipe to make homemade canned Picante sauce or maybe Salsa. Would appreciate any and how to can them. He said in a hurry as the tomatoes are ready....Thanks Fran
