I know this came up in a thread some time ago... whether or not hummingbirds were attracted to any of the Gessies.
I am here to say, "Yes!" I was watching the female at my feeder yesterday morning... when she left the feeder and headed into the flower area. She first checked out my morning glories, but none were blooming yet. Then... she actually went under the canopy of my baja table and drank from nearly every flower on both baskets of my streptocarpella! I couldn't believe it! She truly blessed me and my small balcony garden by doing that. I spent quite a bit of time for a while after that, trying to take a photo of her... but could never catch her again.
I will keep trying, and if I get one, I will share with you all here. In the meantime, a photo of the basket (sans hummingbird).
