color change on zuchini foliage??

Avon, IN(Zone 5a)

Some of the leaves on my zucchini plant have turned silver. They are a very bright grey/silvery color. Is this normal, or has anyone experienced this?

They are still producing like mad and seem quite healthy but just seemingly over night some of the foliage changed color.

Any chance this is powdery mildew?

I wonder if it's the same thing happening to my acorn squash. The silvery color is in the veins. It's definitely the coloring in the leaves, not a growth on them.

Zucchini normally has silvery patches on the leaves.

well after seeing pictures of powdery mildew using google searches I think that it is powdery mildew and a bad case as most of my zuch leaves are completely silver/gray. I've read about a 1 part milk 9 parts water spray to use, and also fungicides is there 1 best cure?
