I really think he started moving rocks last fall. I worked from his home 3 years ago...... (waaaaaaa, let's move the office back -cordless phone would work ...) He excavated and moved dirt then placed the rocks... they had help with the 3 water falls and pond but it is an oasis, I think. Did it with a tractor and a mini excavator..... (gonna have to borrow that excavator). There used to be bushes and small hedge trees toward the top. There is a dry bed creek that only has water in it when it rains very heavy, but it is in front of the oasis. I am in total awe.... I know what it looked like before... wish I'd taken a close up of the falls. I'll post another pic looking from above the the brown umbrella.
