Hey, I've been thinking of this for a while. Second to my hibiscus, I also love daylilies and often frequent that forum. They have a really cool thing they do each day, a post called "what's blooming on *insert date*".
I thought it would be fun to start something like this over here, so we can all see what blooms daily in different parts of the country, since often, cultivars look different on the same day in different regions. The first thing I do when I get up each morning (well almost ;-) is go out with my camera to see what flowers are blooming for the day. Granted, ya'll know I do have a lot of time on my hands right now...The daylily threads often get pretty long, but no matter how often I see the same cultivars from the same posters, I never get tired of looking at beautiful flowers :-) And, it would be nice to return to these threads in the dead of winter when our gardens are somewhat less attractive.
So what do you all think? Is this a good idea and we should start it, or am I just too crazy/obsessive (could be, could very well be)??
Have a beautiful day :-)
karen
An idea??
I think you should do it! I had been limiting myself to daylilies and clematis until I got a look at all the gorgeous pics here in the Hibiscus forums. Keep the pics coming!
I think it's a great idea!
What about the rest of you regular picture takers, Robert, Kyle, Ardesia, Kell, Brugie,Tess? What do you think...

Do it, do it!!
I say yes, lets do it.
Go for it. Sounds like fun.
Go for it; I love seeing all the different blooms.
(Charging the camera battery so I can snap away in the morning.)
Sounds fun, I'm going to start today's thread and we'll make a new one for each day :-)
Now make sure everybody contributes their pictures each day, so I don't feel like the only "hibiscus freak"!
karen
Karen, I can assure you you are not the only hibiscus freak around here!
LOL! :~)
