Sweat Bee (Agapostemon virescens)
Fantastic shot!
This is a great picture of these beautiful little bees.
I have two nests under a weigela shrub and stop to watch them for awhile everyday.
I espcially get a kick out of how they go back down in the hole (if they are on their way out) if they see you watching them. I was finally able to identify them today and found your picture vey helpful doing so. I live in southeastern Wisconsin.
