I haven't been growing this well (there are about 20 dead leaves under the rosette) but I thought I would post a photo anyway. The flower is a very pale PINK.
This is the stoloniferous form of Chirita gemella - I posted a pic of the other form over here. http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/743950/
Chirita gemella (stoloniferous form)

I really like that rosette and the loooong flower spike is amazing! :)))

That is really, really nice Ki .... Beautiful Plant and Beautiful Flower. I've gotten hooked on the Chirita's but haven't heard of gemella!
Hey Gail ... all those seeds that you ordered - are there any Chirita seeds in there? I can't wait for the seeds to be distributed, it sure is going to be a lot of fun!
Rain is going through them at this minute!!!!!!!!!!! they just came in late today............i will tell her you like chirita seeds..............I can't remember the list................(LOL)
Oh Wow! I can't believe they got here that quick! I bet Rain is having a ball! I gotta look at that list I made of what I was interested in.
hee hee .... I have so many sticky notes that I've shoved in a folder ... one has a list with 6 Sinningia names, another has a list with 3 Nematanthus but I'm not sure they were from the seed list! LOL. And, another with the name Besleria melancholica and Episcia CCupreata Hanst "Red" .... Me and my notes ... now I can't make heads or tails of them, where they are from or what. I sometimes google plants to see what they look like and read about them and I make a note on a post it and stick it in my folder .... now I have no idea what gessie seeds were on the list! But, I LOVE Surprises! Sure hope there are some Chirita seeds in there too!
I am leaving very early Sunday morning ... my flight leaves here for Atlanta about 7:30 a.m. And I will be returning Sunday night August 5th. Any idea when Rain is going to be mailing the seeds out? I will need to tell my husband to watch for them! I am so excited ... can't wait to get them and plant them up! Please tell me a good mix to use!
The bloom is so beautiful and delicate. I just love the fuzzy leaves too. Thanks for sharing your great pictures Keyring.
Patti
Pretty bloom.
Lin, poor Rain.................you cannot imagine how small the seeds are.............i don't even know how Rain is doing this................it is almost impossible to deal with the seeds..............just remember how small the strep seeds were...............well, these are just as small and some smaller...................I don't remember the list i sent to her as to who wanted what................she is doing her best...............
I cannot imagine having to sort and divide all those seeds! I was wondering how someone could manage them, knowing some seeds are like dust! Poor Rain .... wish I could be there to help!
Another lovely plant Keyring! I looked this plant up a while back when someone posted photos of one that had the stolons all over it... I really like it. I have been looking for a source for it, but haven't found it yet.
Any suggestions???
Karen
Karen, I think this one is on the list...............have to check with Rain............she may have already split them up............I had you down for episcias..............
Oh, OK... thanks Gail, for checking.
Karen, I don't think this one was on Mauro's seed list. Chiritas are from Asia, so he has a limited selection. (Mauro is in Brazil.)
When you find one, make sure you get the form you want. (I believe the other does not form stolons.) My came from a friend who picked it up at the meeting of the NY chapter of the Ges Soc, so I don't know if any of the commercial vendors might carry it.
Edited to add that I already have a wait list of people who want it - if and when I get around to propagating it - or I would offer.

Oh that's fine Key... I understand! Thanks anyway. I have been searching the internet... it seems I ran accross one vendor that had it, but I don't remember who now. There is a Vietnamese variety out there... doesn't have a name, just a number. It has been easier to find, but it does not appear to be quite as compact as gemella.
I'll keep looking... also starting to look at a couple Petrocosmea...
Trying to finish up makin' orders for my "have-to-haves" before cooler weather starts coming in.
Karen
Wow,What a cutie and such long flower stem! Will it get larger than that or stay that size?
