Holly's Pride

Jacksonville, FL(Zone 9a)

We had a wind storm and all my hibiscus were blown all over the garden. This flower was snapped off the plant and is a bit bruised but I love the color.

I just scrolled back a few pages on this forum and the beauty of all the different flowers pictured is amazing. What a collage all these photos would make.

That is such a pretty color! I love it.

Too bad about the wind storm. I hope no broken stems on them!

How is Phil doing?

Thanks Nancy, I think this one is my new favorite.

Phil is doing great; he starts the cardiac rehab tomorrow morning. Exercise is not his thing so he is not looking forward to this. LOL

How's Aric?

Good he is doing well. Get him out in the garden for his exercise.

Wall St. Journal had a good article about gardening as exercise last Saturday.

I tell my husband that all the time Alice as he complains that gardening is my hobby not his. It is really our only exercise.
