Lyndon Lyons gets a giant thumbs up!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would be remiss if i didn't tell you that UPS baked my plants............not Lyndon Lyons.........

UPS wouldn't do a thing about leaving the plants with big words on the side of LIVE PLANTS.

UPS won't be used for anything from me.

Lyndon Lyons will be one of my very favorite suppliers. They replaced without costs the dead plants and, furthermore, told me that if i couldn't nurture (which I wanted to try) the others to let them know.

No hassle, no fuss...........nothing but total cooperation from Lyndon Lyons.........

Gail ... That is wonderful! I hope you will go to Garden Watchdog and post your great comments there for everyone to see! That is really going above and beyond with customer service! Especially since it wasn't even their fault. Maybe they will take it up with UPS if they get enough complaints - they might change to another carrier for shipping!

That is great news, Gail! Very nice of LL to make it right, even though it wasn't their fault. Says a lot about them. I do hope you'll post pictures of the next box when it arrives. :o)

I only ask for 3 plants............offering to nurse along the others as I want to try.............but they were so nice that she told me if any of them didn't make it, to be sure and call and they would replace anything in a second....................

That is great! Makes me want to put in another order. Hope you can nurse them back to health.

Can you post what you got? I want to place an order and need some Ideas. I have ordered some codonanthe and I am in LOVE with them. I need to get the ones I don't have :)
I also would like to get a trailer. Pixie runaround is adorable, but I'm not sure about a mini.

I didn't place any orders for minis..............I have a place in Boerne where i can handpick them....................

I did order 4 trailers and 3 are on back order.............can't think this early but will get back to you with some of the best trailers I have seen.

If you don't have columnea (can't think)..........the one that is variegated you must get...........

Pam, you MUST go there...............He has the prettiest minis and trailers I have ever seen. Those are in air conditioning part of the office.................the standards have a hard time out side in the greenhouse because they get too much light..............but his starter av's looked wonderful to me...........only got one as I had spent all my money on minis...................
