Got a good tuna casserole recipe?

My darling husband and I have been married for 20 years, and for 20 years I've never fixed a tuna casserole recipe, he must have grown up on it, cause he said he'd not ever eat it if I fixed it.

Well, I've never fixed it. I watch food network all the time. and saw a recipe for tuna casserole but they used fresh tuna and poached it. Which probably made the recipe fabulous looking. BUT I'lm not going out to buy fresh tuna for a recipe that someone may not like.

I'd like to have a real good tuna casserole recipe and I'll use the white albacore tuna in the can packed in water .
