Do you like paella?

Has anybody ever fixed paella?

I was watching food network today and barefoot contessa made this fabulous lobster paella that looked heavenly. Only lobster around here is hard to come by unless you buy it and cook it yourself. I don't like the fake lobster either.

Got any good recipes for paella? I think i'm going to make that recipe from food network but with maybe chicken and shrimp or some other meat. I love the safron rice that is in the recipe.

I was searching the net for other paella recipes and they all seem to have a large variety of ingredients and different ways to make it.
