I have had this philo for quite sometime, never develop into anything
plus I didn't know the name. After maybe 3 years,
It started growing bigger and changing the shape of the leaves, into trilobes
The leaf texture is very thin and fragile looking, and looks like it might like to
climb.
It maybe tripartitum their are a few other similar species but until it is larger it maybe impossible to ID. Good luck with it. Let it climb and hopefully I can help get you a name to it.

Brian, P. Tripartitum is another name for P. FENZLII.
I have a mature Fenzlii and they are not alike, the texture
the nodes and the underside are different.
the upper lobes on the new one are much smaller than
the Fenzlii.
