Winter Plants

Canyon, TX(Zone 6b)

Hello,
I live just outside of Canyon (Zone 6B-7A), and was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction to where I might be able to find some info on plants, preferably flower, that I could plant in my flower bed during the winter?

I don't know of anything that likes winter other than pansies! My bed is in the middle of my front yard so I would rather have something in it, then just have to look at dirt until spring!

I thought keeping something in it might help with the weed thing too!

Thanks!

You can go into PlantFiles and use the Advanced Search to specify bloom time, your zone, etc. and see what pops up.

I think Snapdragons bloom in winter.
