Palm/Outlook sync problem

I have been using various Palm Pilots for over 10 years and have never had any trouble syncing with my calendar in Outlook. All of a sudden it has stopped syncing the calendar. The log says it has encounter a problem with the calendar portion of the sync.

Any ideas where I might look for this problem???? The only thing I can think of is that I installed SpywareBot a few weeks ago and a lot of my programs are not working as well as they did before.
