Crab Cakes

Wilton, CA(Zone 9b)

I'd never made Crab Cakes before, and had only had'm once; but pulled the recipe from a magazine a couple days ago and made it today. I really liked 'em and they were certainly easy to make.
Love to see other recipes!

1 lb Phillips refrigerated crab meat
1 egg
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1tbsp melted butter
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Combine all ingredients except for crab meat. Gently fold in the crab meat. Shape into cakes. Pan fry until golden brown or bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes. Yield Approximately 6 crab cakes.

I made this into 10 or 12 cakes; and fried them.
