The west end of my morning glory box has nothing but shredded leaves. They're still growing okay, but I worry about the lack of leaf surface. And I have a pot of waterlogged echinacea, and one of lobelia. Everything else seems to be surviving if not thriving. My jackmanii clematis has really taken a beating from the wind, and it's in the most protected place. I can't get a good picture of the morning glory leaves, but here's what I've got.
Who's been washed out from rain or blown to bits from wind?
Give orders to those clouds to hold it until they get a little further east. Haven't had any rain in 10 days and it's starting to show. With temps in the high 80's+ occasionally it is dry. Usually get our inch each week, but it will come in it's own time.
