CLOSED: HAVE Hollyhock Seeds

Avon, IN(Zone 5a)

I have a large amount of Hollyhock Seeds. They are a variety of colors mixed together. I'd like seeds for coneflowers of any color, daylily seeds or SASE.

I live in the near tropics and can only grow the 'annual' type hollyhock (Antwerp Hybrids, Fig Leaf, etc) Do you have any of those? I have conflowers and will soon have daylily seed from 3 different plants (Different colors on each). Here is one of the daylilies>

Hi, I hate to say that I have no idea what kind of hollyhock seeds these are, I was given them by a cousin last year from her plants when I bought my house, and she filled a paper grocery bag w/ stems/ seed pods. They are all mixed up together. I planted some this spring and have lots of foliage but they have not flowered yet. If you'd like to d mail me your address I could send you some and see if they grow for you without a trade.

No need to send seeds. If they were the annual kind they would be showing flower stalks by now. Thanks anyway. I will probably just end up buying some. It isn't that I don't have money to spend I was hoping to find someone who had seperate colors. I am big on color schemes in the gardens on work on. A bit obessed perhaps, but, I am never out of work :-)

This is in a public garden in Orlando, I live in Tampa, 80 miles SW.

Those weren't my hollyhocks, that is public works and it really works when it works.

Gwen, I have tons of all kinds of seeds. Is there a special color your looking for? It looks like you have a trade for the coneflowers. Any other kind you want?

Kathy,
I'd be interested in some of your cleome seeds.
I'm going to hang on to your screen name and when I'm sure I have some pink hollyhocks I'll let you know.
I'm just afraid mine may not bloom this season, as they were just planted this spring.

Gwen,
I'll send you some cleome soon. I love them all really, so it doesn't matter- you can send a mix.

I'll get some out to you this weekend. Is your address in the extra - address exchange?
