BOP ?
Hi Oriole! Welcome to Tropical Gardening! I don't know a lot about BOP, but my first thought when looking at your pic was that the pots may be somehow offsize. Either too small for the plant, or the plant isn't deep enough. However, I repeat - I am no expert. I'm sure others will be posting soon with better info than I have. I just wanted to say welcome, and be patient....time differences sometimes make for long lengths between questions and answers, but they will come!

They are leaning to reach the light. When you had them indoors of course. The curved leaves are natural. Most likely adapting to the sunlight outdoors. Indoors it would be low humidity.
The leaning look is permanent.BOP and GBOP will lean unless rotated often. And once they are set they dont straighten out.Just the new leaves will be oriented correctly.
