Don't know much about it, but I've enjoyed frying it up as a breakfast treat. It's so easy to come by in just about any supermarket, I gotta figure there must be some really tasty, simple recipes out there.
The only thing I've done with it is to add chunks of it to my basic spaggehti sauce. The flavor adds so much. Does anybody have any tasty, SIMPLE recipes?
