Who would have thought? This planting has brought beautiful fragrance into my morning kitchen. This is an early June photo and the planting has grown huge, more pics soon! The pansies are sweet, the petunias spicy, a delectable combination. I have heliotrope and matthiola to add the vanilla richness to the mix, and a variegated pineapple mint. All purple and yellow.
Oh, chrissy, you have to imagine this overload of fragrance! I am so happy with this selection. It fills my house with scent every morning.

That's gorgeous, and I'll bet it smells heavenly. I'd be pulling a chair out in the AM to have my morning refreshment outside. :)
